This is not your standard cleaning service! The extra time and attention to detail comes at a price and that includes time! As stated on the home page of this site WE DO NOT RUSH! We are not slow either probably faster than most considering apples to apples. 

We utilize a custom process that considers the ceiling as a starting point. Dust, cobwebs, bugs in light fixtures, It's better for you to have a cleaning or two done by another company if you just want something basic. To appreciate this service you may want to call around and pull points from this page and ask them not only do they do these things on a cleaning but what they charge. We come equipped with a ladder not a step stool! 

On move outs we accomplish more square footage quicker following a checklist. Mainly because it's empty and there is no need to be careful  of furnishings, pictures on wall, planters on mantles, vases, art work, trinkets, and all the other stuff that would take me 7 pages to list because you wonderful people have everything! Nothing wrong with that, people work hard to get what they want and deserve it! Often you request we pick up each piece and dust or clean it or around it. We consider this part of the job. It just takes longer especially if you have been absent or for health or whatever reason things have gotten out of hand. This is what we are here for. We understand and help many elderly also disabled customers maintain they're homes thank you!

When we do a toilets it is the entire surrounding bowl including the floor and base boards! This includes the light fixtures, windows, and every inch inside bathroom including walls and doors if needed. Not a hair should be left behind. Some bathrooms take 1 hour or more! 

EVERY CLEANING SERVICE DOES NOT OPERATE THIS WAY! We are janitors and have a knowledge of chemistry.  Our bathroom cleaner is currently peroxide based and shines your surfaces killing gram negative bacteria. Gram-negative bacteria are enclosed in a protective capsule. 

WE CLEAN CARPET SLOW we have a 7 step process! 

 1) Vacuum 

2)  Pre-Treat Spots and Stains

3)  Remove Spots and Stains

4)  Pre-treat Carpets

5)  Agitate treatments

6 ) Extract, Absorb, Encapsulate, or Bonnet ( depends on situation)

7) Groom if applicable

In that order every single time. ( unless commercial trashed carpet that's a secret )

You get what you pay for here, plus a little extra. This is a premium quality service. Not quick cheap we got your money i don't care about your results! I stand behind my work.

We charge by the hour because every home is different and on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst. A home that is a 10 takes  5 times longer than a person who's home is a 1. Think about it like this: Cleaning the right way is like peeling an onion it has to be done in layers so not to damage the surface being cleaned. The more layers the more time it takes to clean.
