OUR STORY
I started cleaning carpets in 2003 for a large franchise in Las Vegas i won't name them but they are a good company with a no residue system. We had an account with the then the owners of the Palm's Casino, They had they're carpets low moisture cleaned every month so they never got dirty, we steamed cleaned them every six month's. Many of my customer's said if i ever left they would leave too because they noticed the difference in quality when i cleaned VS other tech's with the same company and started requesting me. The owner was very pleased with the positive feedback but eventually i had to resign because i would take extra time to perfect the job and i felt pressure to do more jobs a day. One man one van 6 jobs a day 2 hour time limit including travel was expected. This meant cutting corner's. Long story short the effectiveness of cleaning often depends on the mind set of the cleaner.
